You are what you eat!

Are you happy with who you are and how you feel? my mother used to say you are what you eat well if that’s true in any way then I get why most of the men are couch potatoes! ok ok I know I can get cancelled on t his statement but well it what it is.

We all have goals for our relationships, careers, finance and also health. They are expressions of our inner desires or what we want from our lives. When it comes to health, we often have fitness and food goals like losing weight, exercising regularly, eating healthier or making better food choices. Losing weight could take months. Exercising regularly could take years while eating healthier and making better food choices are hard to measure.

Eating healthy by implementing healthy-eating tips can help people succeed when focusing on their overall well-being. You know you should eat more veggies, they’re full of good-for-you fiber and vitamins. But the average person eats only about half the amount they should.

Making sudden, radical changes, such as eating nothing but cabbage soup, can lead to short term weight loss. However, such radical changes are neither healthy nor a good idea and won’t be successful in the long run. Permanently improving your eating habits requires a thoughtful approach in which you reflect, replace, and reinforce.
