Wi-Fi needs no introduction. When the world is moving towards even advanced technologies like Li-Fi, Wi-Fi has become an absolute necessity. What makes it so important? Why is it so necessary to stay connected to the internet with it? Why has this revolution completely changed the way we live and think?
Wherever you are, wherever you go, or wherever you intend to be; Wi-Fi goes along with you. However, there needs to be a watchdog on the safety when it comes to the companies who produce Wi-Fi routers.
The Wireless devices like cell phones, tablets, and laptops, emit WLAN signals (electromagnetic waves) in order to connect to the router. These signals emit harmful rays which can deteriorate health. The British Health Agency conducted a study which showed that routers endanger our health and the growth. Here are some of the problems which can be caused by the extreme Wi-Fi exposure;
- Concentration issues
- Sleep issues
- Frequent intense headaches
- Earache
- Chronic fatigue
I cannot advise you to completely stop using Wi-Fi, because that would be deliberately throwing you to an era of stone-age. But, you should keep certain things in mind and these are;
- Disconnect Wi-Fi programs before going to sleep.
- Do not keep the router in your kitchen or bedroom.
- Use phones with cables when at home.
Just with these simple precautionary measures, you can enjoy technology as well as stay healthy and active!
