90’s iconic band Spice Girls had a reunion tour recently and the only thing missing from Spice World 2019 was Victoria Beckham’s presence. In a latest interview with a publication, Victoria opened up and explained her reason of skipping the tour, which she stated was tougher than to go ahead with.
“Saying no requires courage… For example, it took me a lot of courage not to go on tour with the Spice Girls again, but to be the one who says, you know, I’m not doing it because things feel different now than they used to,” Victoria said.
“I’m 45 now and very happy to be the woman I am… I’m not trying to change, I want to be the best version of myself. Before I turned 40, I wasn’t that confident. I learned to listen to my gut feeling,” she added.
Well, seems like she would miss being on stage with the girls. “I’m sure when I’m there and they are on stage, there will be a part of me that feels a bit left out, Because even after all this, a part of me will always be a Spice Girl,”She said.
