Pakistani women have continued to succeed in various fields despite facing several challenges like sexual harassment, forced marriages and honor killings. Now a days, women are seen riding motorcycles and trust me there is nothing wrong in it.
Recently, Pakistani actress Urwa Hocane was seen riding a scooter on the roads of Karachi for which she has been criticized as well.
She replied one such comment on instagram;
People conveniently blame our culture for it, If not culture they bring in religion. I don’t claim to be a religious scholar but I fail to see how a woman riding a motorcycle would be against the principle of one’s faith.
