GREAT NEWS FOR GOT FANS !!!
Game of Thrones may be coming to an end this year, but the HBO series:
Legacy will live on in makeup bags, thanks to Urban Decay.
Urban Decay, an American cosmetics brand headquartered in Newport Beach, California, is a subsidiary of French cosmetics company L’Oréal.
The beauty brand behind the popular Naked Palette recently announced a Game of Thrones-inspired collection, and while little information has been released, the teaser photos look, well, appropriately epic.
“Worlds will collide”
The official Urban Decay Instagram account wrote on February 22 alongside a video hinting at a fire and ice motif. Another photo noted “We are ready,” with the tagline “For the throne.” The two teasers showcase bold beauty moves: shimmering turquoise eye shadow and vibrant berry lips in one, while the second model boasts a look that’s all about bronze and copper. As for what’s in the collection, we’re still pretty much in the dark, but we do know that it’s dropping sometime in April — just in time for the eighth (and final) season of Game of Thrones.
In an email to Allure, Urban Decay reps hinted that the collection will be inspired by:
“the strong women of the Seven Kingdoms”
adding that more details will emerge in the coming months.
