Ultimate relaxation – Epsom salt soak!

After a long day of working and running around completing tasks or errands, our feet deserve some love and here is the perfect way to do it. Epsom salt has been known for its benefits and helps an individual unwind and relax while giving them the ultimate experience of detoxing your body. 

It relieves aches and pain while decreasing inflammation. It also improves circulation, cleanses your body from external bacteria and enables you to eliminate disorders. 

Here is how you can make the perfect epsom salt soak to dip your feet in or take a nice warm bath and just float away to bliss! 

Here’s what you’ll need:

1 cup Epsom salt

Baking soda

Essential oil of your choice (Lavender, Bergamot or Chamomile) 

Coconut or Olive oil

Plastic container to store it

Combine all of these and just drop in a scoop every time you take a bath or want a quick boost. You are bound to fall in love!
