The first part of the series, Na Maloom Afraad, was released in 2014 and set a new trend for the filmmakers that an actual comedy film can do well in Pakistan rather than just war based movies. A total Pakistani flavored movie, Na Maloom Afraad starred Fahad Mustafa, Javed sheikh, Mohsin Abbas Haider, Urwa Hocane, Kubra Khan and not to forget Mehwish’s special appearance in dance number ‘Billi’.
Director Nabeel Qureshi and producer Fizza Ali Meerza brought another hit with Actor in Law. Now they are back with the sequel of their first hit Na Maloom Afraad. The second part will feature Fahad Mustafa, Javed Sheikh, Mohsin Abbas Haider, Urwa Hocane, Marina Khan, Hania Amir and Nayyar Ejaz in a negative role. The movie is shot in South Africa, Cape Town and has everything a real film should have. But we have few reservations too, we don’t get to see much of Urwa Hocane in the trailer, does that mean she has a cameo role? Umm… And not a single glimpse of Marina Khan, who is making her big screen debut – isn’t it a reason of celebration that our television superstar is coming on big screen? Well, we can’t say anything. Maybe it is the strategy of the director that he doesn’t want to reveal much and wants people to be curious.
