We’re now entering the warm season of spring all around the world and as we live in the city of lights ‘Karachi’ where cold weather has always been just a dream, we say goodbye to winter and look forward to wearing more trendy and cute clothes in spring. For spring 2023 there’s a lot of new trends to add to our wardrobe.
I’ve been seeing a lot of staple pieces for spring this year like maxi skirts, mesh tops, floral dresses and denim on denim.
Let’s list down some of them
- Denim Maxi Skirts
They’ve made a return since they appeared all over New York fashion week and we’re here for it. They’re easy to carry, mix and match with different tops and that’s the reason they’re gonna be the most popular bottoms of this spring season.
2. Mesh Tops
Mesh tops have been here for a while now and they’re definitely still in demand, it’s a fun way to elevate your style based on how you wear it. They can also easily accentuate your look effortlessly and make you look glamorous.
3. Pastels
Pastels are chic for spring. They’re classic and you can never go wrong with them especially in this hot blazing weather, you definitely need them in your wardrobe for this spring.
4. Platform slip ons
Platforms slippers have been in the trend for a while now. They were really popular in 2000s and they’ve made a comeback with a bang, they’re pretty relaxed and fun shoes to wear outside and i think we’re in love all over again.
5. Denim on denim
Denim on denim is a trend that never seems to fail us. Pairing denim with denim is the most easiest way to look fashionable yet trendy.
6. Floral
Floral is the symbol of freshness and beauty. Vintage floral patterns have made a comeback for this spring season. Designers are opting for more floral prints and patterns for their collection of spring and it’s gonna be the most elegant and stylish choice for this season.
These were some of my favourite trends of the spring season and now I’d be running to my nearest mall to shop my heart out.
