The first ever police station which is run by females has now opened in Rawalakot, on Monday.
This station is led by Zahida Hanif which is the sub inspector & SHO.
These police stations which are run by females will encourage women to speak openly about their issues and the crimes that took place with them which usually they are hesitant to talk about with male officers. This new police station will be a new rising hope for women and this has been built in Azad Jammu & Kashmir.
This place will minimise the risk and crimes which involves domestic violence, cyber bullying, violence, sexual harassment, women or child abuse and even proper disputes among families in the matter of properties will be discussed so females have the edge of filing a case against anyone be it any time.
Hoping for change this time, to get better this time.
