Tips to make your hair healthy

Deal carefully with wet hair

Wet hair is very fragile and breaks easily. When wet, the roots of hair are more likely to be damaged. Damaging begins when you get too harsh while washing your hair. And also brushing immediately after a shower should be avoided.

Pat dry your hair

While drying hair, pat dry. Do not ever rub. You might dry your hair faster but the amount of hair that breaks and falls away also doubles up.

Eat healthy: Stay healthy

If you want to have really good and healthy hair, eating right is a must. Some nutrients like iron, proteins and vitamins are important for your hair’s health. If you are unable to obtain enough from your diet, then you need to consider supplements. The healthier you are, the better your hair looks.

Oil your hair

Massaging your hair with oil is the oldest and the most traditional way of making your hair healthy. You can either use olive oil, castor oil or coconut oil. Leave it for one hour before washing.

Egg yolks

Apply egg yolk to your hair evenly to get soft and silky hair. You can mix eggs with olive oil, as well to double the effect. Apply it for 10-15 minutes before washing with shampoo.
