It’s time for Bounce Karachi’s workout sessions

After a long month of festive Ramadhan and Eid ul Fitr, everyone needs that special dose of fitness and health. But, workout at Bounce Karachi is not just like any other session, but fun, exciting and different! Your hard weight training and gym sessions will no longer be a thought to process but in fact a moment to wait for all day when you’re at Bounce Karachi. This is the very first trampoline workout session that is going to be held in Pakistan. This trampoline fitness session includes HIIT Cardio and other exuberant activities to make you healthy and vigorous. It also claims to burn up to 500 calories in 45 minutes. However, you might have heard that this workout session is all about losing weight, but that this session is for everyone regardless of their weight, shape, or injuries that may restrict you from weight training.

Join the session, which is starting from 18th of July, Tuesdays and Wednesdays for 45 minutes only! The timings are 7:40 PM to 8:25 PM the cost is Rs. 6400 after special discount if you will register for a month.
