Tiffany Haddish made an appearance at the 2019 Met Gala. The 39-year-old paired her sequin zebra suit with a black fedora that had some feathers coming out of it. However, it wasn’t Haddish’s outfit that stole the attention but the most unexpected thing she revealed to have in her purse and people are loving it.
Speaking to the reporters on the red carpet, the American actress revealed that she has cooked chicken zipped in a plastic bag inside her purse because there “wasn’t enough food” at the event in 2018.
“I was hungry, and when I’m hungry, my attitude’s not good,” she said.
She further added that she didn’t get her food from KFC because she knows how to cook and also has her own seasoning sauce.
“I said, ‘I’m gonna be prepared this year.”
