HOW TO GET RID OF A SORE THROAT!

What is a sore throat ? Well I believe no one in this world here would ever say that they never had cough or sore throat. Sore throat is basically a very painful, scratchy and a very irritating feeling that you feel in throat. You feel extreme pain at the back of your throat. It’s so painful that you even get problem gulping anything. Sore throat basically happens because of the most common infection “Pharyngitis”. In this case, the symptoms you get are having severe pain. your throat starts welling bad, you feel pain while eating food or even while drinking any liquid, swollen or red tonsils and sometimes it gets so worse that you get pus in your tonsils too.

So to get relief from Sore Throat, let me share few remedies aka totka’s with you:

One of the most common remedy that everyone tries is the combination of “Honey and black pepper”. Okay so this is the most common remedy specially in every desi family. I am sure you must have tried this at your home too. All you need to do is take one table spoon of sugar, add a pinch of black pepper in it, mix it with a tip of your finger, warm it up and then just keep licking that hot honey. It soothes your throat and it actually works!

The next most viral remedy is Ginger and Honey tea. Well study says and also our ancestor used to tell us that ginger is very good for our throat. it soothes your throat and gives you a quick relief. To make ginger tea all you need to do is take two teaspoons of fresh cut gingers or the dried ones. add them in one cup of hot boiling water. let it soak for 5 minutes then take them out and keep them aside. Don’t forget to keep the ginger water because that is what exactly you need for the tea, then add a little amount of honey in the ginger water, boil it and drink it at least thrice a day and you feel for sure feel relief from sore throat.
