Here are some things that you are not supposed to do after having a dinner or lunch.
Smoke
Smoking is bad enough, but after a meal, it’s ten times the killer. Yep, that’s right!
Eat Fruit
You probably thought you could eat fruit at any time, didn’t you? Well, it’s actually best to eat fruit on an empty stomach. Period
Shower
Having a shower right after having a meal can increase the blood flow in the hands and legs, which in turn reduces the blood flow in the stomach.
No tea after meals
Or coffee. It is suggested by most nutritionists that tea should be consumed at least one hour after any meal.
