There have been claims that a Ketogenic diet may help reverse the symptoms of PCOS. Once your body reaches ketosis, it becomes easier to burn off excessive fat.
The type of food you can consume on Keto includes meat, poultry, seafood, dairy, cheese, cream, greek yoghurt, eggs, non starchy vegetables, nuts and seeds, berries and sugar free, wheat-less foods.
