Life is a journey that has to end one day but when it ends for someone it leaves a hollow space for those who love and admire her/him.
Legendary singer Lata Mangeshkar passed away today at the age of 92 and we can surely call it an end of an era. She was admitted to a city hospital in January this year, after being tested positive for Covid-19 later she developed complications and was also diagnosed with pneumonia. Lata Mangeshkar was admitted to the ICU with mild symptoms and was recovering slowly but unfortunately lost her battle with Covid.
This pandemic has taken uncountable lives and left many families incomplete its indeed been a sad and depressing time.
After the demise of the legendary music queen Lata Mangeshkar many of our celebrities expressed their grief and posted condolences.

If some one ever asked me what is ‘ Surr ‘ the first image which comes to my mind is of LATA MANAGESHKAR ,She represents an entire era, a movement and a lasting phase in eastern music. Her voice has such great power that it has transcended all barriers of language, cast, creed, culture, boundaries, region and religion. To millions it is an amalgamation of melody, sweetness and harmony.
Today is a sad day for not only the Indian nation but any one who loves and believes in music ….
