Pakistani actor Ali Rehman Khan has made great success in films and dramas. Mostly he has chosen plays highlighting social issues for instance, Rishtay Kuch Adhooray Se, and his recent play Khaas, both show women suffering due to orthodox mindsets in our society.
Now, the actor has joined hands with The Citizens Foundation (TCF) as a Goodwill Ambassador. He will be actively supporting the TCF’s ongoing efforts to spread awareness about the need for educational opportunities for the children in Pakistan.
Pakistan is always lagging behind when it comes to education. The literacy rate in Pakistan is declining because of poor educational opportunities. And there are many people especially the underprivileged who do not get education.
In such a situation, it is really important to show your contribution in making your country a better place, where everybody can seek education easily.
Ali Rehman Khan was welcomed by the CEO of The Citizens Foundation, Asaad Ayub at a ceremony held yesterday. CEO congratulated Ali on joining the team for such a great cause. And the actor looks pretty excited about this venture.
