Recently the news about Taylor Swifts and Joe Alwyns breakup spread, and soon after dating rumors of Taylor and Matty healy started to spring up, Matty has been performing at Taylor’s shows recently and they were also spotted going to lunches and dinners together. They also reportedly have a dating history so it’s not surprising that they are rekindling their relationship again. They first dated in 2014. These speculations arose when Matty attended the first of Taylor’s three sold-out concerts in Nashville’s Nissan Stadium as part of her Eras Tour.
Matty also performed at the second show of Taylor’s Nashville tour, where he took the stage with actor and good friend, Phoebe Bridgers. These rumors have not been taken well by miss Swift’s fans , as Matty Healy has in the past made some Islamophobic,mysoginistic and anti semetic statements . A fan on twitter said “Matty is a sexist, misogynistic, homophobic, anti-semitic man. Taylor, don’t do this,” In February this year Matty sparked backlash after appearing on a podcast where He, and hosts Friedland and Nick Mullen seemed to make a number of derogatory remarks about women, as well as mock the indigenous Scots language, and Chinese and Hawaiian accents. One user on twitter said “This is in the top three worse moments in Swiftie history.”
