A shampoo and conditioner which is effective is the way to keep your hair protected and healthy. Nothing matters if you don’t cleanse and hydrate your hair properly. Look for moisture-based shampoos and conditioners, and products that enable anti-frizz treatment. Lowering the amount of heat and friction your hair fibers are exposed to will also eliminate frizz. Be sure to dry hair with an ionic hairdryer or a microfiber towel.   While using many products to protect it from the heat make sure you properly wash it with shampoo in order to get rid of different products, try to use shampoos which are milk textured.

The temperature of your tool should be not lesser or higher than normal, as sometimes when we are in hurry we rise the temperature to an extent that it damages even after using heat protecting serums and sprays. If you have thick hair your temperature should be in between 200-300F and those who have normal hair should not increase it more than 200. For curls and blow-dry people usually keep it for so long to get perfect curls. Sometimes if the hair is not perfectly done they do it twice in the same strand which is very harmful for our hair.

Natural oils like Coconut, Castor, Almond, etc., deeply nourishes your hair and adds shine to them. Take any of the above natural oils and heat it. Then gently massage your scalp, hair, and tips. Let the oil stay for 2 hours and wash it with a sulfate-free shampoo. It’s better to always apply heat protectant just like we apply sun screen for our face to protect it from the sun and other rays, these build a shield between your hair and the styling tool to keep the heat from scorching your hair.

Apply some hair masks or DIY at home or hair mayonnaise to make it more healthy and fast growing, swap your daily conditioner with a conditioning mask once a week and let it soak in for a few minutes. Also try to make some hair styles without any heat tool, like braids pony tales or anything to avoid the heat to damage your hair at-least twice a week.
