Spain is getting ready to open its first nude restaurant on the island of Tenerife, which is the largest of the Canary Islands. The restaurant will have tables for 44 diners and is set to open on Jan, 20, 2017.
The restaurant will feature organic foods along with fine local wines presented on “spectacular human tables,” according to Italian hotelier and restaurateur Tony de Leonardis, He was inspired by London’s pop-up nude diner, The Bunyadi.
The Bunyadi attracted more than 46,000 people on its waiting list when it opened for a few months this summer.
According to the reports, most of the dishes will be cooked in the restaurant’s wood oven, though there will also be raw selections for customers in the space, which will sit tucked away in private gardens filled with fruit trees and lit entirely by candles.
