Parween Saeed, a resident of Surjani Town, founded Khana Ghar in 2002 after an unforeseen incident that was caused due to hunger and distress of a mother and her children. Working for the sake of humanity she began serving food to the poor since then. Parween is an inspiration, an activist who has been running the NGO for the past 18 years in Karachi. Serving food for only Rs. 3/- per plate, she has been spreading her light of goodness to them who truly need her ‘Neiki ki Recipe’.
On that note, Soya Supreme went about joining hands with Parween Saeed in helping her out in this noble cause, praising her efforts for the betterment of humanity in a developing nation like ours.
Here’s how it all happened:
“This Ramazan, Soya Supreme appreciates the commendable efforts of Parween Saeed, known as the ‘Three Rupee Lady’ for doing untiring work for the community.
She has been serving humanity with her recipe of goodness for past 17 years by providing food to the less privileged in just 3 Rupees.
Let’s hope we all get to discover our Neiki Ki Recipe just like she discovered her’s, and work selflessly for the people of Pakistan.”
Through their recent campaign “ Neikiki Recipe”, Soya Supreme paid tribute toParween highlighting her day to day efforts and true spirit in feeding those fighting hunger every day and night, and might we say, it’s a mission much commendable and less to say in words.
Soya Supreme not only became a helping hand for Khana Ghar but for Parween Saeed in aiding her with the resources and needful help she may have desired since she started off with her NGO. The brand provided Paveen with a Neiki Team that included not only volunteers but social media bloggers who took part in visiting Khana Ghar, helping Parween serve food and spread word about her initiative on platforms notable to voice out and make something noteworthy with good words. Not only that, but the Neiki Team distributed clothes, shoes, and other essentials among the needy.
