Hey snap chatters, a good news for you all! Snapchat has introduced a new feature“MEMORIES” that is going to save all of your snaps in the application instead of the camera roll. Isn’t it exciting? All you need to do is to update snap chat for your iOS or Android system. When the new feature will be available, you will get a message from TEAM SNAPCHAT. Snapchat’s main camera interface now has an extra icon underneath the camera button. Swipe it up to access Memories.
To make a new memory, create a snap as usual with all the filters and stickers like the way you like it. Save the snap, it will be added in your memory instead of the camera roll. To create a story from snaps within the Memories section, press and hold on an individual snap, then tap my snap at the top of the screen. From here, create story and select additional snaps you want to include. Now you can save or send this snap to friends or to the My Story section as you would normally.
If you will post an older snap NOTE there will be a “FRAME” around it with a time stamp there is another feature “FOR MY EYES ONLY” which will help you to hide your snaps from the memories and only you would be able to watch them for your private pleasure. All you need to do is to press and hold the snap you want to select and “Move to My Eyes Only”.
SNAPCHAT said that they’ll be rolling out Memories selectively over the next month or so — it’s a big change for their service so they want to make sure everything is running smoothly!
