Sidharth Malhotra is quite a popular name when it comes to Indian cinema industry. He has got a good fortune in terms of hit movies; however, he has some very emotional views when it comes to the factors that make the films not fare well among the audience.
While talking to Bollywood.com, he stated;
“We are all human, we are all in the creative field and we all want our films to do well and get the best response. But things don’t always work out. I think you learn to deal with it with experience and age.”
Moreover, he said that this is the fact that there might be some times when actors won’t be appreciated for the work they are doing.
“It can’t always be an upward graph. It’s the swinging that makes actors more resilient. For me, it’s a great learning experience to understand that anything good or bad doesn’t last very long. Actors can’t live off the success and failures of the past. They have to move on.”
On his recent flop, Baar Baar Dekho, Malhotra commented;
“In terms of my performance, I could have definitely done better. But, I have no regrets. Everything has scope for improvement. If you show me a scene from one of my films, I will never be happy with it.”
