Sheheryar Munawar told Amna Isani that it was his candid moment that was violated by someone simply because he was an actor. “As an actor, you have to be on guard all of the time,” he continued, “which is so unfair; I can’t enjoy any of my moments within my own place.” “It was an usual chit-chat session where I was narrating him dialogue, talking to him, and then Mahira persuaded me to touch Guru Ji’s feet, and I thought ‘why not?’,” he explained. “Even Nawaz Ul Din Siddiqui stopped me.” “It was simply a moment and we were having fun,” he added. “I am Sindhi and it is in our tradition, therefore I touch the feet of my father, my senior Asim Raza, and Nigah Ji as well.”
