Scream Out, LOUDER!

There are several times when you feel like screaming out but you can’t because you don’t want to show others what you feel. That’s totally normal but unhealthy at the same time as suppressing your feelings can end up with nothing but depression and anxiety, one of the major reasons why our generation is becoming problematic. We don’t get proper words to explain ourselves to others and it’s really hard to find someone who understands us without words. So, it’s better to try being expressive rather than suppressing it within us, scream out your feelings, LOUDER!

It’s not an easy task to fight with your inner-self and expect to win but better lose than regretting, no? What if you’re sitting idle in a lonely night under the dark sky with the thought of ‘I wish’ that I should have done it the other way so things would have been better, this is the worst feeling of regret that never lets you out of your overthinking so why not challenge yourself for once and try to speak out your feelings, express what’s on your mind, explain yourself to the people that matter to you, give yourself a benefit of doubt that yes I can scream out my feelings, that ‘I can’ will turn out to ‘I did’ very soon just don’t give up on yourself and keep on going, one day you will scream out your feelings louder than you would’ve ever thought.
