SAY NO TO BULLYING

Bullying is one of the most triggering, and the most tortured thing one could ever do to you. And it’s very common especially in the teenage and early 20’s age. Bullying is an aggressive behavior. It can be verbal and physical abuse and teasing, cyber bullying. It leads you to depression, anxiety, restless days and even suicidal situations. Sometimes bullying get so worse that every time you leave the house or try to interact with people you have the fear of when or where the bully will strike next. Your physical health gets effected the most because of it. You are likely to suffer from severe depression and anxiety etc.

But bullying does not make you give up on your life or anything like that. You need to learn to fight with the situation. Fight the bullies. And through my past experience I’ll tell you how you can get rid of this. If someone is bullying you, try not to focus on that, try to ignore what people say about you. No matter what a bully says about you, you should not be ashamed of who you are or what you feel. Do not beat yourself up. Focus on yourself, focus on your progress. Be proud of who you are, instead of focusing on what bully says about you. Learn to focus on positivity instead of giving attention to the bullies. Stay on track. Remind yourself that you’re amazing and you can fight all the bullies. That’s how you can get out of it.
