As per media buzz, the Maharashtra government has alerted Bombay High Court on that if the court disagreed to any statement and detected a mistake, it could order for Sanjay Dutt to be “sent back to jail“.
However, the bench has said that the court had “no such intention,” and that it only wished to affirm that the “due process of law was followed,” in permitting Dutt to walk out of jail eight months before the completion of his five-year sentence.
All we can say is that we really don’t want Sanjay Dutt behind those bars again and hope this trial ends in good will for the living legend.
