Bollywood superstars like Salman Khan, Shah Rukh Khan and Amitabh Bachchan are one of the most active users of Twitter having a lot of followers.
However, lately these actors have lost out a lot of their followers on the microblogging platform. The reports claim that, Big B has lost more than 4 lakh followers while SRK and Salman have also lost more than 3 lakh followers each.
This has happened because of Twitter’s new cleanup drive that is taking down all fake and inactive accounts in order to limit cyber bullying. As a result, the effect has been rather global with these stars experiencing a more significant loss in numbers than other celebs.
Other actors like Deepika Padukone and Priyanka Chopra have also experienced a dip in number of followers much like their male actors.
