Salman Khan’s Tubelight fails to shine this Eid

Continuing with the tradition of releasing a blockbuster every Eid, this year’s festive occasion didn’t turn out to be as lucky for Salman Khan. Surprisingly, the reviews of his flick Tubelight are just making us wonder what has actually gone so wrong and why?!

Tubelight’s story outline revolves around the tale of two brothers, played by Salman Khan & Sohail Khan, and how their lives were torn apart by the 1962 Sino-India War.

With early reviews pouring in, it reveals that Salman has tried a little too hard to play the role of a child-man, Laxman Singh Bisht, which ultimately resulted in an unconvincing performance that simply didn’t blend in with the rest of the elements in the movie.

Whereas, the war sequences in the movie completely failed to work their magic as well. It seems as though the filmmaker hadn’t had much invested in those shots, resulting in low and poor quality screen output.

However, still after great anticipation and much await, there is no confirmation when Tubelight will see the light of day in Pakistan.
