Salman Khan has been facing some serious legal issues lately, this time around after serious arguments of Black Buck poaching case Salman Khan is called to the court on November,29 for misleading the court. This order was give by CJM rural court after hearing two pleas on Thursday.
If convicted Khan will have to face serious punishment such as 7 years imprisonment. The charges against Khan are he gave in a application in court seeking exemption from personal appearance in court on plea that he was not well and had severe pain in his ear. However on the same day Khan was spotted shooting for ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan.’
Forest officer Lalit Boda filed this case against Khan of misleading the court. Let’s not forget when Khan was imprisoned last time on April 5 he spent two days after being released on April 7 after being granted bail of 50,000. He was fined with Rs. 10,000 and five years in jail after found guilty under section 9/51 of wildlife protection.
