According to various sources, Karishma Kapoor might be seen on the big screen once again in the upcoming film ‘Judwaa 2’. The actress played the leading role opposite Salman Khan in original 1997 film.
Twenty years from now, the film will be remade with Varun Dhawan reprising Salman Khan’s double role in the original. However the producer Sajid Nadiadwala had affirmed that the sequel would be incomplete without Salman or Karishma’s presence.
When asked about the movie Karishma Kapoor said, “I have heard that they are remaking ‘Judwaa’ and it’s exciting. I love Varun as an actor and I am sure he will do a great job.” For those who don’t know, the Sri Lankan beauty will be reprising the role of Lolo in this sequel. It’s confirmed that Salman will be doing a cameo for the film but what about Karishma? On that she was quoted saying, “David did mention it to me. So let’s see. I would love to do it.”
Karishma Kapoor has finally given the nod that she is interested in the movie and we are glad to see her back almost after three years now.
