A 19-year old, acid attack survivor Reshma Qureshi walked the runway at New York Fashion Week and she calls it a life-changing experience.
She was invited by FTL Moda, a Fashion production company to take part in Fashion week.
Reshma wore a cream and floral floor-length gown which was designed by an Indian designer Archana Kochhar on Thursday, the first official day of New York Fashion Week. She rocked the ramp with full of energy. She was not nervous at all.
She expressed her feeling by saying “I feel really good and the experience was great,” further she said, “I feel as though it has definitely changed my life.”
Reshma was attacked by her brother-in-law in 2004, her face drenched in acid, soon she became the face of a campaign to end the open sale of acid in India
