Tell us about your educational and professional journey?
My journey has been driven by curiosity and a desire to make a positive impact. With an engineering background and an MBA, I spent nearly a decade in IT, gaining valuable experience in various roles. This foundation was crucial when I transitioned to entrepreneurship. Inspired by my family’s real estate legacy, I ventured into the industry with RBM Technologies and Captain Developers, learning key lessons in adaptability and collaboration. I co-founded NovoSphere, exploring sectors like construction, education, and healthcare, which deepened my insights and passion for creating valuable solutions. The FinTech world then offered an exciting opportunity to innovate. Working on PayFor, I helped improve financial accessibility, a key interest of mine. Next, I founded Buch International Hospital to tackle healthcare challenges and enhance convenience and accessibility. This venture represents the culmination of my efforts, but I remain committed to continuous learning and new opportunities to contribute meaningfully to society. Collaborating with talented individuals has been instrumental in my growth, and I am always eager to learn and innovate for a positive impact.
From IT to Healthcare, what was the core reason for this transition?
My shift from IT to healthcare was driven by a deeper calling to improve patient outcomes and streamline processes. Witnessing inefficiencies in healthcare delivery, I felt compelled to make a difference. Fascinated by the evolving technology landscape, I saw the potential of AI to personalize care, enhance diagnostic accuracy, and forecast patient trends, while blockchaintechnology could securely safeguard medical data. My goal isn’t to “revolutionize” healthcare but to contribute to its ongoing evolution, making it more accessible, efficient, and secure. I believe that through focused collaboration and responsible innovation, we can achieve this together.

These initiatives reflect our commitment to fostering a sense of community and contributing to societal strength and health.
