Priyanka Chopra moved her base to the US after her first American sitcom, Quantico, took the West by storm.
Ever since, Priyanka has been a regular in Hollywood circles, what with presenting at the Academy Awards and Golden Globes and winning a couple of trophies herself too.
Chopra made her Hollywood debut with 2017’s Baywatch. The actress played the villain, Victoria Leeds, in the Dwayne Johnson and Zac Efron-starrer. While the film was an utterly forgettable one, Priyanka’s performance was lauded by many.
However, this time he is all set to rock the silver screens once again, with her second Hollywood project A Kid Like Jake.
The film’s trailer has just been unveiled and shows a beautiful storyline and a heartwarming family drama, revolving around a four-year-old boy named Jake who loves to dress up as a girl. In this way, A Kid Like Jaketackles the topic of childhood sexuality as well.
Priyanka unfortunately graces the trailer for a grand total of five seconds only. This makes us question how important the character she plays really is to the upcoming film.
