After Priyanka Chopra stepped out from “Bharat”, Salman was not so happy with her decision because before Katrina Kaif, it was Priyanka Chopra who was finalized for Salman Khan’s Bharat. However, she abruptly walked out of the film due to her surprise engagement with Nick Jonas. Apparently, Salman has vowed to never work with Priyanka again while many also called out Priyanka for being so unprofessional despite being such a senior actor.
Knowing Salman Khan is not someone who easily forgives and forgets, media yet again quizzed the actor about his equation with Priyanka at the Bigg Boss press conference yesterday. Perhaps, they wanted to reconfirm if he’s really moved over Priyanka’s exit but Salman Khan didnt think twice before saying, “No, I am not. Bilkul bhi nahin (not at all). She got engaged, I am really happy for her. My sister Arpita (Khan Sharma) even went for the engagement. We are all very happy. Now, she should get married and have children. But, woh baat buri lagi ki woh picture nahi huyi (felt bad that a film with her could not happen) but I hope that happens in future.”
However interestingly, Salman took a dig Priyanka during the press conference. When someone asked about chances of the actress as one of the Bigg Boss contestants, he quipped, “No, no she is not entering the house and you know why. She’s got engaged, you all know na? She is not doing Bharat but yes, ‘Bharti’ is going in the house.”
