The video of PIA’s air hostesses dancing and welcoming spring in full swing was all over social media. At Flight PK-204, the crew surprised all the passengers with a display of spring festivities. The celebration took place at an A320 aircraft which took off from Lahore airport.
According to PIA’s spokesperson, the celebration was a part of the airline’s new marketing strategy. The celebration’s purpose is to make the passengers’ flying experience pleasant and eventful. To this end, PIA chose to play some special and upbeat Pakistani songs to celebrate the arrival of the new season.

After the video went viral, some social media handlers were upset about all this act. They wanted PIA to focus on its service quality rather than asking air hostesses to dance during the flights and wasting taxpayers’ money.

We do realize that PIA needs to work more on their services and also to clear out the issues which the airline is facing since the past moths but if they are showing the positive side then why can’t we appreciate it? It’s high time we keep our negative comments to ourselves only. And we wish PIA to give the best they can in the upcoming days.
