In our language of love and support we often say, "It'll be okay". We treat the phrase like a cure all. A prayer that keeps the darkness at bay. If you love someone, let them tell you they're not okay. It's okay, to not be okay. Instead of wishing away their bad feelings, telling them it will pass, listen. Just listen to the sound of not-okayness. There's nothing more alienating than a world full of people telling you you're ok when you feel anything but. When you feel like you're supposed to be a certain way but you aren’t. If you're reading this and you're not okay, please know that it's okay. If you can't wish it away, it's not your fault. It does not mean you are ungrateful or selfish. It just means you're going through a hard time, and you just need some help getting through it, and that is okay. Be kind. Be gentle. Be Aware. Be not okay, but know that you are loved and that someone will listen. She further added, “If you love someone, let them tell you they’re not okay. It’s okay, to not be okay.”

The actor stressed the fact that we should not blame ourselves for feeling a certain way and it does not mean you are ungrateful or selfish. It just means you’re going through a hard time, and you just need some help getting through it, and that is okay.“Be kind. Be gentle. Be Aware. Be not okay, but know that you are loved and that someone will listen.” wrote the supermodel.

Also sharing a link to an app she said that all you have to do is reach out. “Help is available at all times at @roohbaru just reach out when you need to… download the app on your phone so it’s just one click away.”

We felt so lightened going through Ayesha Khan’s post and it makes us realize that hard times are a part of everyone’s life, It just how you deal with it.
