Nutritious and healthy!

Looking for a quick option for lunch? Don’t want to survive on just eating leaves in the name of a “Salad”. Here is my variation on a healthy salad, which is not only the perfect balance of protein, fiber, fat and carbs but will leave you feeling full, fresh and surprised by how amazing it tastes.

Here are the few things you can add to make this meal more nutritious and substantial.

  1. Base – Rocket leaves, Arugula, Lettuce, Kale Spinach or Cabbage.
  2. Cherry Tomatoes
  3. Olives
  4. Avocado
  5. Protein
  • Chickpeas
  • Chicken
  • Shrimp
  • Beef
  • Tofu
  • Eggs
  • Kidney Beans
  1. Lemon Juice
  2. Feta Cheese (optional)
  3. Salt & Pepper
  4. Dill
