Festivities are all about colours, bling and happiness. As we speak of celebrating the 10 years of fashion with style and glamour; only six days are left to witness the phenomenal exhibit of creativity and designs.
Year 2016, being lucky for Nida Azwer, becoming the CEO of Fashion Council Pakistan; she is all set to showcase her bridal collection, “Alankara” at FPW Winter Festive 2016.
The inspiration for Alankara comes from geometric shapes, detailed floral patterns and ateliers signature bird and nature inspired motifs. Traditional embroidery and modern textures are worked together to create intricate trench coats, shorter structured jackets, tops and high waisted ghagra’s.
“With Alankara, we endeavour to give audiences a feel for the old world and its vintage charm, where almost every piece has been crafted to work separately as a statement piece or that which can be paired with multiple different pieces.” Nida Azwer speaks for her collection.
The combination of vintage, contemporary and modern along with rich jewelled tones is certainly going to be ingenious to watch.
