A court in India has requested police to enlist a FIR against Bollywood on-screen actor Mithun Chakraborty’s child Mahaakshay Chakraborty who is also known as Mimoh and wife Yogeeta Bali following assertions of rape and criminal terrorizing by a lady, who is also an actor.

She alleged that in May, 2015, she was drugged and raped and the relationship proceeded as Mimoh guaranteed to marry her.
