‘Mera Pakistan, Mera Ghar’ has been launched as the new contact Center for PBA (Pakistan Banks’ Association) while collaborating with one of the biggest telecom company of Pakistan; Ufone. This contact centre will jot together housing finances which will be afforable to the people with low incomes and provide information and queries for the Government of Pakistan.
The president of the Telecom company who is also the CEO gave a speech at the inaugration of this Contact Center in which he says, “We are glad to be a part of this historic initiative for the people of Pakistan. Ufone’s on boarding as the official contact service provider is a testament to the company’s extraordinary track record as a dependable services provider for Pakistan’s business sector. We constantly innovate and modernize our products and services ecosystem to deliver remarkable user experience to our individual and corporate customers. The latest state-of-the-art Contact Center facility will further enhance our capacity to respond to queries and complaints to bring a hassle-free banking experience to the low-cost housing beneficiaries.”
Mr. Reza Baqir, The Governor of the State Bank, inaugrated the Contact Centre in Islamabad and during this event all were present including the CEO of Ufone, Chairman of PBA, all the senior members of PBA and also NPHDA’s members.
