A month ago Azaan Sami Khan released a song Mein Tera and ever since people have been in love. People are not only in love with the lyrics and composition but also Khan’s voice.
Mein Tera is the title track of his album which features eight more songs including Maahiya, Dholna, Jaadugari, Aashiqui, Ik Lamha, Meri Sajna Re ft Ustaad Rahat Fateh Ali Khan, Zama and Tu.
Now the song has reached five million views on YouTube.
This album is Azaan’s first independent work and Hum Record’s first production as well. According to the singer, the album is the combine effort of 63 musicians and technicians from Turkey, Macedonia, the UK, Pakistan and India. With a diverse team like this, it is not surprising that his first independent work has been admired by listeners.
In his previous interview with Images, Azaan Khan said that the inspiration for the album came because he wanted to establish a real connection with the listeners on a ‘personal level’.
Azaan is the son of actor Zeba Bakhtiar and singer Adnan Sami Khan. He has previously worked for film music for Parey Hut Love and Parwaaz Hai Junoon.
