Anushka knows what she likes and loves playing with makeup. We have often seen different looks on her that inspires us to a great extent. She likes to appear more dramatic and bold on the red carpet but in different movies, tv commercials and modeling we have seen her creating a dewy glow-y makeup look.
#1 rule is to: never leave mascara behind.
She always has mascara on and in the picture above we can see how she is trying to convey the message that “less is more.” She has mascara on, nude lips and super soft peachy makeup. This is the kind of makeup trending nowadays whether you are at work, in a party, at home or going out for dinner. This look can never go out of style and we should all take inspo from it. The key to achieving this look is through prepping the skin well first. Apply moisturizer generously and then a product which would give you a dewy look. Mac Strobe cream, Smashbox Oil-free photo primer would help you achieve a smooth, pore-filled skin.
#2 rule is: smudged eyeliner.
In different movies we have come across Anushka having smudged eyeliner and she tends to do this on her bottom lid. This adds a very dramatic effect and makes her look classy. A rule of thumb: keep a light hand when smudging the liner especially on the bottom lid otherwise it will be a chaotic mess. Notice how she has accentuated her eyes with lighter shades first and then smudged her liner. You can also line your lower and upper waterline with a black eye pencil. Use a black eyeshadow to set your kajal. This keeps it simple and trendy, avoid using bold shades unless necessary. For eyebrows, you should use an angled brush and fill your brows. A brow gel would also be nice to keep the brows in shape and at the end use a concealer to get a flawless finish.
#3 rule is to: take care of skin and prep it well.
Anushka throughout has a very clear skin. Her key to look flawless all day long is plenty of water, using a good cleanser before makeup, sunscreen, moisturizer and primer. She states that sunscreen gives off a little glow and you glow from within when you are very well hydrated and you eat clean. Vitamin E based serums and cream help achieve a flawless skin too.
#4: Cat-eye look.
Cat-eye is a bit difficult but one can master the art of it through practice, after which it will be your go-to. If you want to achieve a fleek-y like look then you need to avoid an eyeliner that would budge making you look messy.
