Mahira khan has always managed to go beyond her limits as an actress. She has always chosen challenging roles and this time with Shoaib Mansoor’s Verna she is going to portray a role of a school teacher who gets assaulted. It’s a story of society and breaking the stereotypes as Mahira is playing a victim and survivor.
The story will revolves around a woman who chooses to keep mum about the molestation that she has gone through because it becomes a matter of her family. The other cast includes Zarar Khan and Haroor shahid while production team includes young film graduates like Shahbaz Shigri, art director Faiza Shah and editor Zohaib Mansoor.
