Our all time favorite star Mahira Khan has officially been announced as a newly appointed ambassador of beauty brand LOréal Paris. She joins the ranks of Bollywood stars like Aishwariya Rai and Deepika Padukone making her the first Pakistani to earn that distinction.
Right after being announced as the brand ambassador, the star said, “It gives me great pleasure to be part of this family called L’Oréal Paris. Its spirit, its ethos celebrates women empowerment. It celebrates [their] beauty as well as [their] success. It celebrates their worth…,” she said to cheering fashion week attendees.
She continued to roaring applause, “Through life’s ups and downs, and the few mistakes we make and all the successes that we get, let nobody, nobody’s opinion define who you are. And if anybody defines who you are, let it be yourself. Because including me and all the women out there, we’re all worth it!”
On the work front, Mahira will next be seen in Shoaib Mansoor helmed, Verna. The movie is all set to release on Nov 17 this year.
