Amber Heard claimed Johnny Depp that he physically assaulted her and has been granted a restraining order against him days after filing for divorce.
Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Carl H. Moor ordered Depp to stay 100 yards away from his disaffected wife. Heard said in a sworn declaration that Depp threw her phone at her during a fight, striking her cheek and eye. She said the actor was high and drunk when he pulled her hair, screamed at her, repeatedly hit her and violently grabbed her face.
“I live in fear that Johnny will return to our house unexpected to terrorize me, physically and emotionally,” Heard wrote in a sworn declaration. The actress claims the Pirates of the Caribbean star offered her money to stay quiet.
She appeared in court with a bruise on her face, claiming Depp has been violent towards her on multiple occasions. The website said it had obtained a picture of Heard with a bruise around her eye which she submitted when she applied for the restraining order.
Mr Depp was married to makeup artist Lori Anne Allison from 1983 to 1985 and had a 14-year relationship with the French singer and actress Vanessa Paradis, with whom he has two children. He met Ms Heard on the set of The Rum Diary in 2009 and began dating her in 2012, before they wed in February 2015 at a civil ceremony.
Although im a very big fan of Johnny Depp, but if he is like this in his personal life, then i feel sorry for him now. People like him needs treatment. Hitting a woman is not at all acceptable Mr Depp.
