Mean Girls lead star Lindsay Lohan has been the talk of the town for her inclination towards Islam and speculations of her actually converting, especially when she was spotted holding a Quran and when she was once or twice seen sporting headscarf.
The actress has recently took to Instagram and given a sneak peak to her upcoming fashion line. What looks to me by the modest glimpse of the click, seems like it will be comprising Hijabs.
Captioned as: “New Fashion Line coming soon ….#fashion”. In the image, one can see Lindsay wearing a headscarf, with half hidden face.
Earlier, Lindsay was spotted with a headscarf that sparked rumours all over social media about her inclination towards Islam.
She talked about being racially profiled in the show Good Morning Britain, Lindsay said: “When I was flying to New York recently. I was wearing a headscarf and I got stopped at the airport and was racially profiled for the first time in my life.” reported Daily Mail.
“She opened my passport and saw Lindsay Lohan and started apologizing but said ‘take off your head scarf’.” said the 30-year old actor.
“I did, I mean it’s OK. But what scared me was that moment, how would another woman who doesn’t feel comfortable taking off her headscarf feel? That was really interesting to me. I was kind of in shock.” she continued.
“I can’t speak for what the purpose of it was. But it was jarring. I got double checked until she realized. No [I’d never had that before]. It was strange. It did [freak me out]. I’m from New York, born and raised. I was a little intimidated.” the Rumours singer added.
Apparently, this will not be Lindsay Lohan’s first fashion line. In 2008, Lindsay collaborated to design a range of leggings called 6126.
Well, only time can tell how modest Lindsay’s upcoming fashion line will be.
