I often ponder upon the fact that what fashion or to be specific trend is! In my opinion trend is anything that is followed by the majority and eventually becomes a style statement. Having said that trends usually begin from somewhere or someone who surely has a reason behind wearing that specific statement of fashion. Talking about leggings while they’re usually worn simply for workouts and relaxing around the house, now they’re printed and come in a rainbow of colors. Leggings are not just worn at home or the gym but is actually paired with a variety of attires and costumes.
Leggings are back on the agenda in 2022. Spotted on Instagram and runways alike, this sportswear essential is now a true fashion piece, with endless versions. The latest? Stirrup leggings are making a big come-back. Initially reserved for winter sports or horse-riding, they are today being championed by the fashion pack. Since the lockdown ended, comfortable fashion has fused with the extravagant. While comfy clothes are still being favored by many of us, now they’re colorful, bold, printed and extravagant.
I have always been a fan of comfort style and have paired by desi tops and shirts with leggings and tights it has always been my style statement and well how glad I am to see them being a part of the latest trend again, I guess I won’t have to feel conscious about being spotted in leggings all the time. So let’s join the bandwagon and follow the stay comfort trend this season!
