Tell us about your educational and professional journey?

I completed my education with masters in filmmaking. Soon after that, I started working for the HUM network as an assistant director and within no time I secured the position of Director of Production. Then, the real estate industry grabbed my journey and I decided to give it a shot. From there, my journey as a Marketing Director began. I have worked on well-renowned projects such as Mall of Arabia, Builders Mall, and Amazon Mall to name a few. But I was eager to test my potential a little more, so I started working with Al-Bari Group as their Director of Operations and delivered two mega-hit projects. And recently I have started working with BME.

How did Beau monde come about?

All along this journey of mine, I was looking for some nontraditional and innovative platform that would bring out the best in me. That’s when I came across BME or Beau Monde Estate and I did not let the chance be missed and started a new journey.

What other projects do you have in the loop?

At BME, we are working on a number of projects including BME Panorama, Park View City, Avalon City, and many others. Other than BME, I am still pursuing my career as a Director of Production. KC Creations is also my prominent initiative through which I’m dealing in with many national and international projects.

What differentiates your work philosophy from others in the same field?

The corporate industry is famous for its rigid policies. But I believe that responsible employees do not need any strictness and I am quite humane in this regard. My work policies are very flexible and allow my employees to maintain a work-life balance quite easily.

What do you think are the vital points for client satisfaction?

For client satisfaction, you have to understand the needs and priorities of the client. And it does not go without mentioning that the need of one client may differ from the other. So understanding the needs of your clients is a very crucial art for client satisfaction.

Which has been your favorite project up till date?

I have worked on quite a number of projects but at BME we are working on this new skyrise project, Oak Square. This project is my favorite and there are quite a number of reasons for it. Its grandeur, the way it offers class, elegance, and sumptuousness is just beyond words.

If not the Real Estate sector which profession would it be?

If not for the real estate sector, I would still have been affiliated with the marketing and drama industry because these are my passion and are more than mere career choices to me.

What hurled did you face being a women entrepreneur in the Real Estate market?

Well, I had gained enough experience before joining the real estate industry that I did not have to face much while joining the industry. The mentorship of my parents also helped me out and was like a torch in the dark that showed my path in a very clear way.

What is your vision for Beau monde in the future?

I aim to make BME the most well-known and reliable investment platform for the public. My major goal is to formulate unique marketing policies for BME to make it stand out from the rest. Though BME is one of the leading real estate firms in Pakistan, we aim to make it functional across borders and bring it up to the international level. Regarding that, I would also like to mention that our Dubai office is going to be launched soon so we are a step closer to our goal.

What message do you have for young women aiming to enter this market?

I would like to convey this message to all the women out there that sky is the limit. Never settle for less, aim as higher as you can, and put your best foot forward to achieve your goals. Though real estate is a non-typical field for women in Pakistan, with you taking a step forward, this stereotype can be broken. So trust Allah, stay away from pride and arrogance, and just go for it.
