It’s A Ginger Thing!

  Loosing weight or fat is one hell of a goal to achieve, but slow and steady you will win the race. It is said that its 70% diet and 30% workout, so if kitchen is your best friend you are near to achieve your goal. I bring you all a simple, less ingredient recipe to loose weight. Use it daily and feel the difference in you. You Will Need

  • Water
  • Ginger Slices
  • Honey
  • Lemon

How To Make

  • Boil 1 glass of water in a pan, add 1/2 inches of ginger slices.
  • Cover it and boil it for 10 mins on low flame, strain the water in a glass.
  • Add 1tsb honey and lemon slices and enjoy.

Make a jug of this drink and consume it around 3 times a day, you will feel the difference!
